How much are the HOA fees in Alameda Condos?

To be sure we were quoting the right numbers, we checked with Lenore Houston, CMCA, the ever-friendly site manager for Westgate Property Management at the Alameda Condos. Lenore said that HOA dues went up slightly in 2019. At this writing, the dues for Unit 202 in Building A, a 1,275 sq. ft. condo with pool view, are $473.50/month. The dues for Unit #309, a 1,061 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, also with pool view, are $355.00 per month. Dues cover community area maintenance, exterior building maintenance (roof & stucco), recreational facilities and security. The dues listed online are not always up-to-date, so you see another condo come up and want to verify whether the dues reported are correct, please feel free to contact us.
